How this public information website handles data.
Visitors
You do not need to register or sign in to use this website. We do not require an account, and there is no public login. The administrative content system is separate, protected by authentication, and never exposed to anonymous visitors.
Contact form data
If you send a message through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional subject, and message content you provide. These are stored so the corporation can respond, and are visible only to authorized editors. Do not include sensitive personal information such as identity document numbers.
Cookies and sessions
The public site does not use visitor cookies. Session cookies exist only for authenticated administrators using the content management console.
Staff information
Only approved professional information about field staff is published — such as name, public designation, and area of responsibility. Private telephone numbers, home addresses, identity documents, personal schedules, and real-time locations are never published.
Photographs
Published photographs are limited to approved municipal activity images. Metadata that could disclose sensitive locations or personal information is stripped before publication.
Analytics
We collect only the data necessary to operate the site and respond to inquiries. If usage analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to improve the website and are not sold or shared for advertising.
